The Happy Pizza Italo model is Happy Pizza's smallest and lightest outdoor pizza oven. It is easy to use, incredibly easy to set up and features a 71 x 71 cm cooking floor– big enough to bake a pizza in 90 seconds. This breakthrough wood-fired oven heats up in less than 10 minutes, making it the world’s fastest pizza oven. Happy pizza utilizes ceramic refractory stones to ensure authentic baking and temperature stability.

The oven cooking chamber, frame and door feature all stainless steel, solid weld construction for worry-free durability. It also features a perfectly proportioned oven opening to maintain temperature inside. The Italo is also Equipped with a durable stand that is easy to move thanks to its handles and heavy duty castors. The chimney is placed in the rear part to avoid heat dispersion and to decant the fumes.
