Faemina
Professional-grade dual boiler espresso in a countertop format designed by Italdesign. The Faema Faemina uses the same E71 saturated brew group found in Faema commercial machines, delivering exceptional temperature stability and true pre-infusion control. A dedicated coffee boiler built into the group head (adjustable 60 - 110 C) and an insulated 2.6 L steam boiler (adjustable 0.6 - 1.6 bar) operate independently for simultaneous brewing and steaming. Volumetric pump, integrated water softener, front-loading 2.5 L tank or optional direct plumb, and NSF/UL certified for home, office, or small commercial use. 100% made in Italy by Gruppo Cimbali.
Features

The same group head used in the commercial Faema E71. Saturated design maintains thermal stability. 58 mm portafilter, volumetric dosing with programmable shot volumes, and true low-pressure pre-infusion.
Standard models include a professional manual steam wand. Autosteam models add Gruppo Cimbali's automatic milk texturing with dual programmable frothing profiles for one-touch cappuccino and latte.
Dedicated software mode for pour-over style brewing using V60 drippers directly on the group. Adjustable temperature and brew time for filter coffee and high-quality tea infusions.
Height-adjustable drip tray accommodates cups from espresso to large pour-over vessels (13.3 - 15.9 cm / 5.25 - 6.25 in). Front-accessible removable drip drawer with low-level notification on the display.
Control brew temperature, pre-infusion time, Autosteam parameters, auto on/off schedule, and automatic backflushing from your phone. Voice recognition for hands-free access to tutorials and settings.
