Giotto Evoluzione Type R (PID)

The Giotto Evoluzione R is a PID heat exchange semi-professional espresso machine with a unique take on traditional design and optimal temperature stability. The redesigned E61 group head and integrated pre-infusion produce a full-bodied consistent espresso shot. The quiet and robust rotary pump can be plumbed directly into a water line or the integrated water tank.

Rotary Pump: The Rotary pump is quiet, yet powerful enough to produce enough pressure for the perfect espresso and optimal milk frothing. 

Direct Water-Line Connectivity: You have the option to use either the integrated water tank or you can hook it up directly to the water-line for convenience.

PID Temperature Control: Ensuring a stable and specific temperature is one of the key components for producing a perfect espresso. Having the adjustable PID allows for not only a more stable temperature but also more customizability. 

Redesigned Classic - E61 Group Head: A classic reborn. The E61 group head has become notorious for its water headed head to ensure that the group head and portafilter are kept at a stable temperature before, during and after the extraction process.
