Shipping Methods:
We work with such courier services as: Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Day & Ross, Trexity for shipping our products. Occasionally, for customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we may arrange delivery with our own drivers or even same-day delivery with Trexity.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 (before taxes and after discounts), with the exception of certain brands and items. Please note that Gi Metal products, Faema paper cups and liquids, such as Pacific Milks; are excluded from the free shipping offer.

Delivery Time:
Delivery within Canada typically takes 1-7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas. If expedited shipping is required, additional charges may apply. Delays may occur during busy times and holiday season.

Order Cut-Off Time:
For most orders, if placed before 2pm (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day, we aim to ship them out on the same day. However, please allow for processing time during high-demand periods or special circumstances.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online through the carrier's website.

International Shipping:
At the moment, we only offer shipping within Canada and do not ship internationally.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns are issued in store credit. Store credit from an online purchase can only be used online. Store credit from an in-store purchase can only be used in store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, such as all food product including coffee, teas or syrups are non returnable items. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. There are no returns issued on: Stovetop coffee makers, Trespade grinders, Bodum french presses, knock boxes, kettles, cheese graters, parts, handles, cups & spoons IF they have been opened or used.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
