What we do

Every repair, in house

Faema Canada is the national importer for the brands it carries, so service runs through the same people who bring the equipment into the country — factory training, factory diagnostics and genuine parts. That covers espresso and automatic coffee machines and grinders, pizza and bakery ovens, pasta and gelato equipment, commercial juicers and water systems. Most of it is worked on right here in Mississauga; anything we do not handle on our own bench we arrange through the manufacturer's service network.

The service bench, with brew units and tools laid out on the counter and the machine showroom behind it.

Diagnostics & repair

Error codes, leaks, and electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults traced on factory diagnostic tools before anything is replaced.

Servicing & maintenance

Descaling and water-circuit work, seals, gaskets and calibration, and the scheduled maintenance that keeps equipment off the bench.

Genuine parts & consumables

Factory parts, water filters and cleaning consumables for every line we carry — stocked here and shipped Canada-wide.

Warranty & refurbishment

In-warranty claims handled directly, plus certified factory refurbished equipment restored on the same bench.

Getting service

No appointment needed

A residential machine can be walked straight in during opening hours. Shipping one to us, or servicing commercial equipment, takes one call or email first.

Residential

Just bring it in

No appointment, no booking. Bring the machine to 115 Matheson Blvd E during opening hours and leave it with us. Bring the water tank and drip tray too.

Shipping it to us

Contact us first

Do not send a machine before you have spoken to us. Call 905-501-8600 or email csr@faema.ca and we will confirm the details before anything is shipped.

Commercial

We come to you

Contact us directly with the details of the machine and the site, and we will arrange a service call at your place — no need to move the equipment. Send the details.

Whichever route you take, have the brand, model and serial number ready, plus what the machine is doing and any error code on the display. The serial is on a sticker underneath or behind the machine.

Questions

Before you call

Where is the Faema Service Centre located?

At 115 Matheson Boulevard East, Mississauga, Ontario L4Z 1X8, serving the Greater Toronto Area. Call 905-501-8600 or email csr@faema.ca. Open Monday to Friday 9:00–5:00 and Saturday 10:00–4:00.

Do I need an appointment?

Not for residential equipment. Bring the machine to 115 Matheson Blvd E during opening hours and leave it with us — nothing needs to be booked in advance.

Two exceptions. If you would rather ship the machine to us, contact us first on 905-501-8600 or at csr@faema.ca before sending anything. And for commercial equipment, contact us with the details instead — we will arrange a service call at your site rather than have you move the machine.

Which brands do you service?

We service, or arrange service for, the equipment Faema Canada imports and distributes in Canada — not only Jura and Rocket Espresso, but the full range we carry.

Most of it is worked on in house in Mississauga. Anything outside that is coordinated with the manufacturer's own service network, so you still have one number to call.

What information do I need when requesting service?

Have the brand, model and serial number ready, whether the machine is used residentially or commercially, and a description of the fault — what it does, when it started, and any error code on the display.

The serial number is on a sticker underneath or behind the machine. Sending it up front means the right parts can be pulled before you arrive.

Do you sell certified refurbished machines?

Yes. Certified factory refurbished Jura and Rocket machines are inspected and restored by the same technicians who handle warranty work, then tested before they are listed.
