Serie P AMALFI is an electric modular deck oven available with 1, 2 or more decks stackable on prover or support with standard castors. The baking chamber is entirely built with refractory brick and the thermic insulation is achieved through high-density fibre. The heat of the refractory brick is given by built-in heating elements on top and ceiling.
Safety, reliability, efficiency and high quality are the characteristics of serie P cooking: electronic management with heat adjustment for the ceiling and bedplate, timer, numerous cooking programs, reinforced and insulated doors with high-density material and a special insert for a durable design.
When the best is not enough, Amalfi is the solution. Handmade using the finest components, each Amalfi is treated as a single piece. The totally refractory 28 mm thick chamber with heaters strung inside gives Amalfi matchless temperature regulation and cooking quality appreciated worldwide.
