The cake is baked in an eight -pointed star - shaped pan that gives it its signature form, modeled after the mountains near Verona, where the cake was first made. Amarena Fabbri Pandoro is a modern twist of this unique tradition.

Wheat flour, fresh eggs, sugar, butter, black candied cherries 11.5 % (black cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, water, acidifier : citric acid, concentrated black cherry juice, natural colors : anthocyanins, flavorings), milk, sourdough natural (wheat), emulsifier : mono and diglycerides fatty acids, flavors, cocoa butter, salt . Ingredient of the bag of powdered sugar : sugar, wheat starch, flavours. May contain nuts and soy.
