The Cattabriga Turbomix is a reliable and effective blender for the preparation of ice-cream mixes in any setting. It consists of a vertical, countertop structure and a drive shaft. The TurboTax is an incredibly capable and powerful machine, with a variable-speed motor capable of 3,000 – 12,000 revolutions per minute. The motor is also capable of either free or controlled vertical and oscillatory motion.
The Cream Mixing Head is designed to completely blend rich and fatty components in the cream base. The Fruit Mixing Head is perfectly suited to finely chop and blend pureed fruit, rich with fiber, throughout the base mix.
