
Compacta 4
Produce up to 36 litres of artisan gelato per hour from a single countertop unit. The Compacta 4 is the first countertop combination machine to complete the entire gelato production cycle - pasteurizing and freezing simultaneously in one compact body.
Pour ingredients into the upper cylinder to heat and mix. The lower cylinder freezes and extracts finished gelato. Both operate at the same time for continuous production with no downtime between flavors. Single-phase, air-cooled, no water connection required.
Ideal for: Gelato shops, restaurants, hotels, pastry kitchens, and catering operations producing gelato, ice cream, sorbets, custards, and pastry creams with limited space and budget.
