E61 Legend
In 1961, Faema changed espresso forever by introducing the E61 - the first machine to use a volumetric pump for consistent 9-bar extraction pressure. The E61 Legend is a faithful semi-automatic reissue of that icon. Polished stainless steel and chrome-plated brass preserve every original design detail, while the internals have been modernized with Faema's patented adjustable thermosyphon system. The lever extends contact time between water and coffee before extraction, unlocking the full organoleptic profile of every shot. Available in 1, 2, and 3 group configurations.
