The best pozzetti counter technology available for artisanal and professional gelato shops. Available in linear modules and corners, from 2 to 20 flavors, with and without storage, in one, two, or three rows of carapina pans.

Same temperature throughout the upper and lower carapinas enables instant scooping from storage. Thicker foam insulation (70-75 mm) and copper coil in direct contact with glycol liquid deliver maximum cooling efficiency. Condensing units are placed under the storage to save space.

Ideal for: Professional gelato shops, ice cream parlours, and any dedicated gelato retail operation.

Superior Insulation
Foam thickness of 70-75 mm in the tub provides bigger thermal insulation than standard counters. Greater cooling efficiency and lower energy costs.

Space-Saving Design
