Purpose-built for gelato production with rack bars sized for standard 36x16.5x12 cm gelato containers. Also accepts GN 1/1 and EN 40x60 cm pans. Quick-access control panel with core probe management.

Ideal for: Gelato shops, ice cream production facilities, and any operation needing rapid freezing of gelato containers for display or storage.
