The Moretti Forni iLab iR 260/15 is a hydraulic divider and rounder that cuts and shapes dough automatically, producing up to 1,800 pieces per hour. An oscillating plate rounds each portion to the same weight and shape, eliminating the inconsistency of hand portioning. Adjustable pressing and chamber timing, 10 stored programs, and 3 interchangeable plates come standard.
Ideal for: High-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and central production kitchens. Produces 1,800 uniform dough balls per hour from 100 to 260 g each. Eliminates manual weighing and rounding.
