The Moretti Forni Amalfi is the Serie P workhorse for pizzerias, bakeries, and pastry shops that need reliable deck oven performance in a compact footprint. Electronic controls with independent ceiling and floor power, 20 programmable recipes per deck, and a stainless steel build designed to stack up to three chambers high. Choose your width, choose your depth, and start baking.

Features
Full Refractory Brick Chamber
The entire baking chamber is made of refractory stone with coiled heating elements inside, distributing heat evenly across the full surface. Ideal for direct pizza baking and tray-based pastry.
Independent Ceiling and Floor Power
Electronic controls let you adjust ceiling and floor heat independently on each deck. Run the floor hot for crispy bases or back it off for delicate pastry and focaccia.
Four Chamber Sizes
Amalfi A (compact, 6 pizzas), B (wide, 6 pizzas), C (large, 9 pizzas), and D (full-size, 12 pizzas). Match the oven to your space and production needs.
Stack Up to 3 Decks
Each deck operates independently with its own controls. Stack 2 or 3 for high-volume production. An Amalfi D3 runs 36 pizzas across three decks from a single footprint.
20 Programs + Eco-Standby
Store 20 custom baking programs per deck. Built-in power-on timer and Eco-Standby mode reduce energy use during quiet periods.
Tempered Glass Door with Halogen Lamp
Bottom-hinged stainless steel door with tempered glass window and dual halogen interior lighting. Monitor every bake without opening the chamber.
