Four chamber sizes, up to three decks each, and every combination delivers the same thing: perfectly even heat from a fully refractory brick baking surface. The Moretti Forni Amalfi is the Serie P workhorse for pizzerias, bakeries, and pastry shops that need reliable deck oven performance in a compact footprint. Electronic controls with independent ceiling and floor power, 20 programmable recipes per deck, and a stainless steel build designed to stack up to three chambers high.
