Fifteen trays per hour from a footprint smaller than a dishwasher. The Moretti Forni Serie F electric convection oven is built for bakery, pastry, and gastronomy production. Alternating fan rotation distributes heat evenly across every tray while Adaptive Power Technology reads the load in real time and uses only the energy the batch requires. Choose the F50E (5 trays, 15/hr) for compact operations or the F100E (10 trays, 30/hr) for higher volume. Both models stack as doubles, and both pair with an iDeck or S50E deck oven underneath for a complete convection and pizza station in under 1 sq m.

Adaptive Power Technology
The oven reads the load in real time and adjusts power output to match. Whether you bake one tray or a full chamber, it uses only the energy required - no waste, no manual adjustment.
Alternating Fan Rotation
Rear-mounted stainless steel fans reverse direction automatically. Heat reaches every corner of every tray evenly - critical for uniform Maillard caramelization on pastry and consistent rise on bread.
100 Programs, 9 Phases Each
Store 100 custom baking programs, each with up to 9 sequential phases including preheating and timed steam injection. Any operator can recall a saved program and get consistent results.
Programmable Steam Injection
Control steam release from 1 to 10 seconds per injection, timed by program or triggered manually. Essential for crust development on bread and proper leavening during the first minutes of baking.
Stackable to Double Capacity
Stack two F50E units for 10 trays and 30/hr throughput in the same 85 cm width. Or pair any model with an iDeck or S50E deck oven underneath for a complete baking station under 1 sq m.
Fully Removable for Cleaning
The entire baking chamber, tray holders, and inner door glass disassemble for thorough cleaning and reassemble quickly. Double tempered athermic glass door opens flat for easy access.
