Five chamber sizes on one platform, all built for pizza al taglio, sheet pan baking, pastry, and small bakery production. The Moretti Forni Serie P Electric range covers everything from a compact P60E that fits on a countertop to a full-width P120E C that bakes 16 pizzas per deck. Every model stacks up to three decks, uses the same electronic controls with independent ceiling and floor power, and shares the same refractory brick baking surface rated to 450 C. The P120E line features an 18 cm chamber height for larger products, while the P60E and P80E use a 14 cm chamber optimized for pizza and flatbreads.

Ideal for: Pizza al taglio shops, slice houses, bakeries, pastry kitchens, and restaurants. Five widths from 60 cm to 132 cm. Stack up to 3 decks for high output. The P120E is the widest Serie P electric, purpose-built for sheet pan production at scale.

450 C Refractory Stone Deck
Refractory brick baking surface with coiled heating elements inside. Even heat distribution to 450 C (840 F) across every chamber size. Bake directly on the stone or use sheet pans.
Independent Ceiling and Floor Power
Electronic temperature management with separate ceiling and floor control per deck. Adjust the heat balance for pizza, focaccia, pastry, or bread without switching ovens.
Five Chamber Sizes, Two Heights
P60E and P80E have a 14 cm chamber for pizza and flatbreads. P120E A, B, and C have an 18 cm chamber for larger loaves, sheet pans, and tall products. All stackable to 3 decks.
Up to 48 Pizzas Across 3 Decks
A P120E C triple-deck bakes 48 pizzas at once. Even the compact P60E stacks three decks for 12 pizzas in a countertop-width footprint. Each deck runs independently.
20 Programs + Eco-Standby
Store 20 baking programs per deck for repeatable results. Power-on timer and Eco-Standby mode reduce energy during quiet periods.
Tempered Glass Door with Halogen Lamp
Bottom-hinged stainless steel double door (P120E) or single door (P60E/P80E) with tempered glass and halogen interior lighting.
