Gas-fired deck baking with the same Serie P refractory stone platform and electronic controls. The Moretti Forni P110G and P150G use special tubular burners positioned beneath a double-layer refractory deck, distributing heat through an air gap for uniform baking with low gas consumption. Three chamber sizes across two models, each stackable up to three decks. Independent ceiling and floor power control, 20 programmable recipes per deck, and compatibility with both natural gas and LPG. For operations where gas is preferred over electric, these are the Serie P answer.

Tubular Burner Technology
Special tubular burners sit beneath a double-layer refractory deck. An air gap between layers distributes heat evenly across the full baking surface with low gas consumption.
Independent Ceiling and Floor Power
Electronic controls manage ceiling and floor heat independently per deck. Dial in the exact heat profile for Neapolitan, Roman, or pan-style pizza.
450 C Refractory Stone Deck
Same refractory brick baking surface as the electric Serie P models. Reaches 450 C (840 F) for pizza and holds steady under heavy load.
Three Chamber Sizes
P110G A (112 x 74 cm) and P110G B (112 x 112 cm) for standard production, P150G A (147 x 86 cm) for high volume. All sizes stack up to 3 decks.
20 Programs + Eco-Standby
Store 20 baking programs per deck. Power-on timer and Eco-Standby reduce gas consumption during off-peak hours.
Natural Gas and LPG Compatible
Runs on natural gas or LPG. Nozzle conversion included. Ideal where electrical capacity is limited or gas is the preferred fuel.
