Top Level cream whippers that keep liquid cream in perfect condition without separating fat from water. The removable container facilitates washing and sanitizing for the best possible hygiene.
Available as Beta 2 (2L), Beta 5 (5L) with manual or adjustable portion dispensing, and Continuo 5 (5L) which adds continuous dispensing mode. Pumps are rinsed through without requiring daily disassembly. Produces whipped cream from fresh, UHT, or vegetable cream (30-40% fat).
