EASY 10 Dough Mixer

The Sunmix EASY 10 packs a 13 qt stainless steel bowl and inverter-driven variable speed from 50 to 300 RPM into a compact, quiet machine built for daily professional use. Reverse bowl rotation, integrated timer, safety guard with interlock, and stainless steel construction on all contact surfaces.
Features
Fixed spiral hook and reverse bowl rotation fold and stretch dough gently, developing gluten without overheating. Bowl/spiral ratio of 1:9 ensures even, consistent mixing.
Single-phase motor with inverter delivers smooth, stepless speed control. Adjust RPM to match each dough type and hydration level.
Integrated timer stops the mixer automatically at the end of each cycle. Set your mixing time and walk away.
Full stainless steel bowl guard prevents operation when raised. Quiet motor keeps noise levels comfortable in open kitchens.
