Fast E61 heat-up, no plumbing required. The Mozzafiato V FAST brings the actively heated group head to a vibration pump package that runs entirely from its reservoir. Fill the tank, plug in, and you are pulling shots in 15 minutes. Chrome finish.
Same platform as the R FAST with a vibration pump instead of rotary. Insulated 1.8 L copper boiler, OLED display with shot timer, PID temperature control, dual pressure gauges (black, V model), and rear programming keys. Interchangeable steam tip set available. Designed by Valerio Cometti + V12 Design. Handcrafted in Milan.
Features
Embedded heating element in the E61 group head brings the machine to brew temperature faster than any traditional E61.
The E61 group gently pre-soaks grounds at low pressure before the pump ramps up for even extraction.
Vibration pump runs entirely from the reservoir - fill the tank, plug in, and start brewing.
Tracks extraction time and boiler temperature with rear programming keys for all settings.
Black gauges (V model) monitor brew and steam pressure simultaneously for real-time feedback.
Internally insulated wand with strong steam from the 1.8 L insulated copper boiler.
