EVO 10 Dough Mixer
Mid-size capacity meets advanced technology. The Sunmix EVO 10 kneads up to 10 kg of dough in a 13 qt stainless steel bowl, controlled through a digital touch screen with 20-recipe memory in 6 steps each. Infrared temperature sensor tracks dough temperature in real time with auto-stop at your target, while LED lights inside the bowl let you monitor development without interrupting the cycle.

Single-phase motor with inverter delivers smooth, stepless speed control. Fine-tune RPM for each recipe directly from the touch screen.
Fixed spiral hook and reverse bowl rotation develop gluten gently. Bowl/spiral ratio of 1:9 for even, consistent mixing.
High-resistance stainless steel on all dough contact surfaces. Pre-lubricated ball bearing transmission. CE-certified epoxy-coated body.
