EVO 6 Dough Mixer
Professional-grade digital controls in a compact 8.5 qt format. The Sunmix EVO 6 combines a touch screen panel with 20-recipe memory, infrared temperature sensor with auto-stop, and LED bowl illumination with the same proven spiral hook mechanics found across the Sunmix range. Variable speed from 50 to 300 RPM and real-time dough temperature monitoring for precise control over every batch.

Monitors dough temperature in real time during mixing. Set a maximum temperature to auto-stop the mixer when your target is reached.
Built-in LEDs illuminate the inside of the bowl. Toggle on/off to monitor dough development at every stage without lifting the guard.
Single-phase motor with inverter delivers smooth, stepless speed control. Fine-tune RPM for each recipe directly from the touch screen.
Fixed spiral hook and reverse bowl rotation develop gluten gently. Bowl/spiral ratio of 1:9 for even, consistent mixing.
High-resistance stainless steel on all dough contact surfaces. Pre-lubricated ball bearing transmission. CE-certified epoxy-coated body.
