Next is a collection of modular food display cases created with the future in mind: maximum results, minimum space. Next Full
Full is available in two heights, 140 and 120 cm with refrigeration distributed all over the shelves for the display of confectionery and delicatessen at positive temperatures of 0°+5°C (+32°+41°F) and confectionery/chocolates with temperatures of +14+16°C and a humidity of 55-60% (+57 °+60° F).
Illuminated with LED lights on each shelf and on the uprights; all four sides are in double glazed safety glass. The front glass panel is opened electrically with a push-button; the back of the case has sliding doors with an automatic spring closing mechanism.
Full comes with white lacquered glass as standard but can be customized on the front and sides using optional covers in a variety of colours. The condenser unit is mounted on tracks to facilitate extraction for maintenance.
On request, it can be supplied with a remote condenser unit.
Next Mini
Mini is a 95cm high case that displays and enhances the value of the product. It is available in refrigerated, heated or ambient versions and is perfect for chocolate, small assorted pastries and top quality delicatessen.
The ventilated refrigerated display shelf is available either flush or lowered. Mini is LED lighted to enhance its transparency; the upper glass slides open on a ball bearing track. The top glass is made in a single piece with a minimum curve radius and can be opened downwards to facilitate cleaning.
Mini comes with white lacquered glass as standard but can be customized on the front and sides using optional covers in a variety of colours.
On request, it can be supplied with a remote condenser unit.
Next Total
Total is the Next model available in the widest range of sizes; only the display shelf is refrigerated or heated. The shelves (one or two, depending on the height of the case, 120cm or 140cm) are neutral and LED-lit, as are the uprights.
According to different needs this model may be supplied with forced air ventilation, with flush or lowered display shelf, with an internal or external condenser unit; heated, ambient or refrigerated for ice cream and water ices.
The walls are in the white lacquered glass as standard but can be customized on the front and sides using optional covers.
Milleusi Next
is a multipurpose, 120 cm high case that is used for serving the client as well as displaying the product. There are numerous drop-in options, ventilated cooling, euronorm or gastronorm, flush or inset trays, static or contact, dry heat, bain-marie or ambient.
On the operator side, the case closes by means of mobile, sliding Plexiglas panels which rest on the worktop. Internal or external condenser units are available.
