The Vista represents the evolution of the pozzetti counter and the revolution of the traditional gelato display case. The synergy between glycol cooling and ventilated cooling enables lidless operation - gelato is always visible to customers.

Equipped with two independent compressors for redundancy. In case of failure or power cut, the glycol maintains gelato at low temperature for hours. Double layer of carapinas with upper layer for service and lower for storage. Converts to a pastry counter during the same day by switching to glycol-only cooling.

Ideal for: Gelato shops, gelaterias, pastry shops, and any retail operation where product visibility and year-round versatility are priorities.
Features
Lidless Gelato Display
Glycol + ventilated cooling synergy means no lids needed. Gelato is fully visible to customers at all times, driving impulse purchases.
Dual Independent Compressors
Two separate compressors work in synergy. If one fails, the other keeps serving. During power cuts, glycol maintains safe temperature for hours.
Double-Layer Carapina System
Upper layer for active service, lower layer for storage. Oversized carapinas (260x150 mm, 7L/5kg capacity) for better visibility than standard pans.
Built-In Night Storage
Each evening, lower the carapinas a few centimeters and place lids. Glycol preserves gelato overnight - no need to remove containers or use separate freezers.
Converts to Pastry Display
Switch to glycol-only cooling and use trays instead of carapinas. The only food counter that works for both gelato and pastry in all seasons.
No Condensation
Heated pyrolytic side and front glasses eliminate fogging. Crystal-clear product visibility in any climate condition.
Fully Customizable
Front panel and display deck can be realized in different materials. Modules are multiplexable for any shop layout.
