



BABÀ IN RHUM
The tradition of Neapolitan pastry at home. Fabbri offers small single-serving babas drenched in a delicious alcoholic rum syrup (only 6%), to be eaten in one bite.
A perfect way to end a dinner party: bring the babas to the table cut in two and served with vanilla ice cream or zabaglione, or even more simply, with a dollop of whipped cream and Fabbri Amarena.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, sugar, baba (9.5%) (soft wheat flour, eggs, vegetable oils (sunflower, coconut), water, sugar, salt, natural yeast), alcohol, flavourings, citric acid, salt, colour E 150d (caramel colour).
