Italgi CP900 - Automatic Pasta Cooker

Electric pasta cooker, with a device for automatic lifting of the baskets at the end of cooking. The cooking time can be programmed separately for each basket.

• Temperature and level of the cooking water are automatically controlled by the machine.

• Body in AISI 304 stainless steel and cooking tank in AISI 316 stainless steel.

• Available in two versions: 3 baskets and 700mm deep or 4 baskets and 900 mm deep.
