Top Level vertical batch freezers with patented DSRS (Dual Stage Refrigeration System) that reduces nominal power by 20%. Can operate one or both compressors for ultra-fast production or energy savings exceeding 40%.
Available in three sizes: Ecogel T 30-90 (90 L/hr), Ecogel T 40-120 (120 L/hr), and Ecogel T 50-160 (160 L/hr). Resistive 5-inch colour touchscreen with inverter-controlled beater speed. Gelato processing is always optimal whether running reduced or maximum load.
