Compact pasta extruder for restaurants, hotels, canteens, bakeries, and food shops. Attractive design makes it ideal for front-of-house production where customers can watch fresh pasta being made.

Produces spaghetti, bucatini, fusilli, maccheroni, tagliatelle, and many other shapes by simply changing the die. A special die also makes pasta sheets for lasagne. Standard equipment includes an electronic cutter for short pasta shapes.

Automatic Extrusion
Mixes dough and extrudes fresh pasta in one continuous process. Simply add flour and water, select your die, and the machine does the rest.
Interchangeable Dies
Swap dies to produce spaghetti, tagliatelle, fusilli, maccheroni, bucatini, and many more shapes. Lasagne sheets with optional die.
Electronic Short Pasta Cutter
Standard equipment. Automatically cuts short pasta shapes like fusilli, gnocchetti, and maccheroni to consistent lengths.

Kneading bin, worm gear, mixing arm, and body all made of AISI 304 stainless steel for maximum hygiene and durability.
