





Rotante
The only rotating pizza oven built entirely in firebricks. The CEKY Rotante combines a handmade firebrick rotating deck with digital Smart Chef controls - synchronizing temperature, cooking time, and rotation speed from a single touchscreen panel. The gas burner heats the dome while an independent electric resistance maintains the rotating floor at the right temperature. Two sizes (120 and 150 cm), four fuel configurations, and a clean flat-top exterior built for modern pizzeria design.
