The Faema Groundbreaker pairs 64 mm Red Speed treated flat burrs with a 360 W inverter motor turning at 1,450 rpm for 3.5 to 4.1 grams per second. The 4.3-inch customizable touchscreen controls grind, dose, and tamp settings, while the onboard Perfect Grind System links via Bluetooth to compatible Faema espresso machines for automatic extraction monitoring.
