


iRoll - iF Pizza Moulders
Drop a dough ball in, get a uniform pizza base out. The Moretti Forni iRoll iF roller moulder flattens and shapes dough without heating it, preserving the dough's structure and hydration for a better bake. Teflon-coated rollers enclosed in a transparent cover feed the dough through belt-driven cylinders, while a weighted hook automatically turns the dough between passes. Three models: the iF 30 handles bases up to 30 cm, the iF 40 goes to 40 cm, and the iF 40P adds a levelling and moulding plate for tray-baked pizza and focaccia.
