






iMix IM - Spiral Dough Mixers
From 8 kg countertop batches to 60 kg production runs, the Moretti Forni iMix IM spiral mixer line covers every dough volume a pizzeria, bakery, or pastry shop needs. All models deliver consistent dough temperature from start to finish with no overheating risk. Single-speed models handle straightforward mixing, while dual-speed versions add a slow first speed for hydration and a fast second for development. The R series adds a raising head and removable bowl for easy dough handling and cleaning. All dual-speed models run on 220V/3ph/60Hz.

Built-in Timer + Safety Interlocks Timer with automatic shutoff on all models. Bowl guard and lid interlock stop the spiral instantly when opened. Swivel castors with brakes on all models except IM 8. |
