Embark on a culinary journey with our La Pizza Romana Cooking Class. Master the art of traditional Italian pizza making with expert guidance from our renowned Master Pizzaiolo, Pasquale Ponticiello. This interactive, hands-on class will teach you the essential skills to prepare, knead, stretch, and store dough, create a savory tomato sauce, and craft the perfect Pizza della Nonna.
Enjoy a delightful evening starting with a charcuterie board and wine, followed by an engaging theoretical and practical session. You'll learn about the history of pizza, dough preparation techniques, and get to prepare your specialty pizza.
