The P.R.G. electronically reads which specialty you selected and instantly sets the grind fineness. Coarser for cold brew, finer for espresso. The Cold Extraction Process pulses cold water at high pressure through freshly ground coffee for authentic cold brew flavour without the 12-hour wait.
