Micra - Extruder Pasta Machine
The smallest fresh pasta machine in the Italgi range. Micra produces 3 kg of pasta per hour for restaurants, canteens, and bakeries looking for small-batch production at a minimal investment.
Simply change the die to make spaghetti, tagliatelle, macaroni, fusilli, and many other shapes. Optional electronic cutter for short pasta. A special die also produces lasagne sheets.
