Featuring glass and mirror doors, oak wood handles, and an enhanced extraction hood with 32% more steam removal, the Icon brings premium design to serious baking performance. Four patented technologies - Adaptive Power, Dual-Temp, Smart-Baking, and Fource - work together to deliver precise control over ceiling and floor heating, automatic load management, and up to 35% energy savings over the Serie P. Separate ceiling and floor power levels give you full control over heat intensity. Dial in exact baking profiles for pizza, bread, pastry, and steam-based products.
35% Energy Savings
Fource technology cuts set power by 20%, and combined with EcoStandby and HalfLoad modes, overall consumption drops 35% compared to the Serie P. Significant utility cost savings.
MultiTimer (6 Zones)
Track up to six independent baking zones with separate timers on each deck. Bake different products simultaneously without losing track of any of them.
Stackable 1, 2, or 3 Decks
Scale production without increasing your footprint. Each added deck multiplies throughput linearly. Configure the perfect stack for your volume.
