The Moretti Forni iDeck PM and PD are the entry point to Italian-made electric deck baking: proven refractory brick performance at an accessible price, with zero digital complexity. PM models have one deck; PD models stack two for double the output in the same footprint.

Turn Two Dials, Start Baking
No programming, no menus. Mechanical thermostats for ceiling and floor heat work independently, so any operator can run the oven from day one.
Independent Ceiling and Floor Heat
Run the floor hot for crispy bases while backing off the ceiling for delicate toppings, or reverse the balance for focaccia and tray-baked products.
450 C Refractory Stone Deck
Refractory brick baking surface holds and distributes heat evenly up to 450 C (840 F). Bake pizza directly on the stone or use sheet pans for gastronomy.
4 to 9 Pizzas Per Deck
Five chamber sizes from 60x60 cm to 105x105 cm. Double the output with a PD (two-deck) model in the same footprint.
Countertop to Full Station
Install directly on any surface, or build a complete workstation with optional stand, humidified prover, and non-extracting hood. Pair with a Serie F convection oven for under 1 sq m total.
Tempered Glass Door with Halogen Lamp
Bottom-hinged stainless steel door with tempered glass window. Protected halogen interior lamp lets you monitor the bake without opening the chamber.
Specifications

All sizes share the same 14 cm (5.5 in) internal chamber height. PD (double deck) models double the capacity below. Power is per deck.
