The Nabucco features one automatic pasta cooker with 4 baskets, two induction plates, bain-marie for 5 hot sauce trays, and 4 refrigerated trays for cold sauces.
Ideal for: Mid-volume restaurants and kitchens needing a complete pasta station with cooking, saucing, and cold storage in one unit.
