Corner placement with a traditional look on every side. The CEKY Pentagonale's five-sided shape fits into corner positions with the opening set at 45° - an effective layout for tight spaces that still gives the pizza chef full access. All five walls can be covered in classic finishes, so nothing about this oven looks like a compromise. Same whole firebrick construction trusted by pizzerias across 60+ countries and recognized by the AVPN. Five sizes from 100 to 150 cm, fitting 4 to 12 pizzas at a time.

Features
45° Corner Opening
The pentagon shape tucks into corners with the opening angled at 45°. Saves floor space while keeping the pizza chef's workspace fully accessible. No dead angles, no wasted room.
Five Coverable Sides
Three frontal walls and two rear walls can each be finished in bricks, tiles, marble, or mosaic. The result is a fully covered oven that looks traditional from every direction - even when placed in a corner.
Whole Firebrick Interior
Dome and baking floor built entirely from furnace-baked bricks with high alumina content, cast in refractory cement rated to 1,200°C. Retains heat overnight.
Continuous Baking
6 cm deep baking surface absorbs enough heat to cook pizzas batch after batch - no pauses, no waiting for the floor to recover between rounds.
Three Fuel Options
Wood-fired, gas (with CEKY Burner and multi-level valve), or combined wood/gas hybrid. The semi-circular burner follows the oven perimeter for even heat distribution.
Seven-Layer Insulation
Ceramic fiber, high-density cellular concrete, and expanded clay. Double the insulation of a traditional oven. Sides always remain cool to the touch.
