A pizza oven that stays warm until the next morning. The CEKY Rotondo is handcrafted in Italy from whole firebricks - the same construction trusted by pizzerias across 60+ countries and recognized by the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana). Its rounded shape tucks into corners, the opening points wherever you need it, and five sizes (100 to 150 cm) fit everything from a neighborhood trattoria to a high-volume pizzeria.

Ideal for: Pizzerias, Italian restaurants, open-kitchen concepts, high-volume pizza operations, and wood-fired dining experiences. Also suitable for bread baking.
Features
Whole Firebrick Dome
Furnace-baked bricks with high alumina content, cast in refractory cement rated to 1,200°C. Retains heat overnight - warm the next morning without re-firing.
Continuous Baking
6 cm deep baking surface absorbs enough heat to cook pizzas batch after batch - no pauses, no waiting for the floor to recover between rounds.
Three Fuel Options
Wood-fired, gas (with CEKY Burner and multi-level valve), or combined wood/gas hybrid. The semi-circular burner follows the oven perimeter for even heat distribution.
Corner-Friendly Round Shape
Fits into corner positions with the opening oriented in any direction. The round shape maximizes internal baking capacity without wasting floor space.
Seven-Layer Insulation
Ceramic fiber, high-density cellular concrete, and expanded clay. Double the insulation of a traditional oven. Sides always remain cool to the touch.
Customizable Finishes
Standard coverings for the front wall include firebrick arch, Tuscan terracotta, and metallic frame options. The rear section can be finished in CEKY's premium Gioiello line: 10x10 mosaic tiles, exposed brick, glass mosaic, or Palladiana marble. Match your restaurant's design or create something completely unique.
