Available in three capacities: Ribot T 10 (10L), Ribot T 18 (18L), and Ribot T 30 (30L). The vertical cylinder offers easy filling, constant product visibility, and ingredients can be added at any time. Pre-set programs for pastry, gastronomy, chocolate, and ice cream. New WiFi technology enables remote diagnostics, recipe downloads, and programming assistance.
