The Moretti Forni SerieT TT98E is the widest and highest-capacity electric conveyor oven in the range. With an 81 cm (32 in) belt and Quadra-Temp control using four independent probes, the TT98E manages ceiling and floor temperatures at both the entrance and exit of the chamber for precise heat calibration at every stage of the bake. Impingement technology and Adaptive Power deliver consistent results with 30% energy savings. Stackable up to three chambers, the TT98E produces up to 375 pizzas per hour in a triple-stack configuration - the highest throughput in the SerieT family.
