The Mozzafiato Cronometro R connects directly to your water line through a near-silent rotary pump, while PID temperature control eliminates the cooling flushes that other heat exchangers demand. A 1.8 L copper boiler with 9 mm brass end plates and full insulation delivers the thermal mass and stability of a machine twice this price.
