Commercial-grade internals make it possible: a fully saturated group head locks temperature to the brew boiler with near-zero drift, dual AISI 316L stainless steel boilers handle simultaneous brewing and steaming, and a permanent magnet volumetric pump delivers precise, silent pressure. Plumb-in capable with a 2.5 L reservoir backup. Handcrafted in Milan.
