Updated for the 2.1 generation, the Rocket Fausto pairs 65 mm commercial flat burrs with a refined 500 W motor turning at 1,360 rpm. Programmable single, double, and manual dosing through a digital display gives you full portion control, while the micrometric stepless system calibrates from the bottom burr only - keeping your grind setting locked even after cleaning.
